ATrueReview Our Method

Contact

One inbox. I read everything.

The fastest and only public way to reach ATrueReview is email. There is no contact form, no chat widget, no social DMs. Just one address that lands directly in front of Arthur.

What to write about

The kinds of email I'm glad to receive.

  • Corrections. Spec error, broken link, outdated price band, misattributed measurement — please point it out, with a citation if you have one.
  • Tips. Products that should be on a shortlist, a measurement source I'm missing, a category I should cover.
  • Press and editorial requests. Interviews, quotes, syndication, content licensing.
  • Partnership inquiries. Affiliate-program contacts and ad-network introductions, especially in categories I already cover.
  • Reader questions. If you're trying to make a real purchase decision and the existing pages don't quite answer it, I want to know.

What I will politely decline

Things that aren't a fit.

  • Paid placement requests — buying a position on a list, paying to change a verdict, or paying for preview coverage. The disclosure and terms pages explain why this is a hard line.
  • Mass cold outreach for unrelated SaaS, link-exchange schemes, or "guest post" placements.
  • Anything that would require ATrueReview to write content from a brief supplied by the subject of that content.

Polite no does not mean I'm annoyed you wrote — just that the answer is no.
